Executive Director

This position is part of the Morning Pointe Management Team responsible for the creation of resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work teams that support the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. This position will lead and direct the overall operations of the Community in accordance with resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving Community business objectives.

Resident Assistant

This position is part of the Morning Pointe Operations Team, a resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work team that supports
the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. As a care partner, the resident assistant is responsible for assisting the resident with the activities of daily living. The RA is also responsible for ensuring that quality services is a way of life for Morning Pointe where every associate’s interaction with residents and family members reflects the philosophy of Morning Pointe.

Food Services Director

This position is part of the Operations Leadership Team responsible for the creation of resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work teams that support the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. The Food Service Director is responsible for delivering nutritional food and beverages with quality service while managing costs and meeting state health / regulatory standards. Responsibilities include kitchen management, menu planning, meal preparation, food / equipment inventory control and kitchen staff supervision.

Life Enrichment Director

This position is part of the Morning Pointe Management Team responsible for the creation of resident-focused, high performance, high-commitment work teams that support the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. This position is responsible for many activities in the residence and in the surrounding community, while encouraging and maintaining high level customer satisfaction through interaction with residents and resident families.

Business Office Manager

As a Morning Pointe Business Office Manager, you are entrusted with the responsibility of assisting our residents, families, coworkers, visitors and all others; as well as demonstrating in all interactions, Morning Pointe Mission & Values. The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the day-to-day accounting, payroll and human resources functions of the Community in accordance with current acceptable accounting and cost reimbursement principles, payroll and human resources policy and procedures relating to the Community operations.

Community Relations Director

This position is part of the Morning Pointe Management Team responsible for the generation of resident referrals, and for the coordination and communication of resident information between the referring entity and Morning Pointe. The CRD shall develop and maintain strong relationships with referring sources and consistently develop new referral sources with hospitals, nursing facilities, physicians and other community sources. CRD position is responsible for external sales/marketing/community relations contacts.

Cook

The food service staff is responsible for making sure that quality food and beverages are served in accordance with Morning Pointe Policies and Procedures and local food service regulations.

Dietary Aide

Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. The food service staff is responsible for making sure that quality food and beverages are served in accordance with Morning Pointe Policies and Procedures and local food service regulations.

Executive Director in Training

Morning Pointe assisted living communities offer an exciting environment for managers to utilize their skills and extend their career in senior healthcare services. To attract and train potential assisted living executive directors, Morning Pointe has created the Executive Director in Training (EDIT) Program.

Housekeeping

This position is part of the Morning Pointe Operations Team, a resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work team that supports the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. The housekeeping staff is responsible for making sure that the common areas and residents’ apartments are cleaned in accordance with Morning Pointe Policies and Procedures.

Lantern Program Director

This position is part of the Morning Pointe Management Team responsible for the creation of resident-focused, high performance, high commitment work teams that support the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. The LPD will manage the daily routine operation of the Lantern. Responsibilities include sales, marketing, community relations, staffing, training and program implementation.

L.P.N.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is under the supervision and guidance of the Resident Services Director (RSD) and the Executive Director of the Community. The LPN will assist the Resident Services Director and the Executive Director of the Community in the day to day operation of the residence support services and supervises the health care given within the residence.

Maintenance Director

As a member of the Morning Pointe Operations Team, all associates are responsible for commitment to and support of the Morning Pointe
purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. This position is responsible for implementation of the Morning Pointe Preventative Maintenance Program, general maintenance repairs and physical plant safety throughout the Morning Pointe community.

Receptionist

This position is responsible for greeting callers and guests and other receptionist duties.

Resident Services Director

This position is part of the Morning Pointe Management Team responsible for the creation of resident-focused, high performance, high-commitment work teams that support the Morning Pointe purpose of “partnering with families in meeting the challenges of life”. The Resident Services Director is responsible for overseeing the quality delivery of resident services and supervising the resident assistant staff.
