FRANKLIN, Ind. — Morning Pointe of Franklin residents and associates attended the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event along with other local sponsors at the Johnson County Fairgrounds.

The seniors at the assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community proudly walked during the event, standing alongside survivors and some striding with a story of their own.

As part of the life enrichment and Meaningful Day™ programs, Morning Pointe is partnering with local organizations to pay it forward, and giving residents the opportunity to put their lifelong talents and crafts to use for the greater good.

The yearlong community service campaign, called “Make Your Mark,” is a company-wide volunteer effort to give back 20,000 hours of community service in 2017.
